Hormonal values reported by labs as reference norms are the ranges of STEADY STATE LEVELS, and NOT PEAK ranges! That's because peak
TRT levels have NO NORM since the variance will differ REMARKABLY depending upon patient's age, dosage, dosing interval, existing TT level, etc.
Peak TT levels for all
testosterone esters occur between 24-48 hours. Consequently considerably more testosterone is available for conversion to E-2 (RAISING E-2 LEVELS) or being "unbound" to plasma proteins the result is an (INCREASED FREE
TEST LEVEL). These are NORMAL values considering the circumstances I mentioned. ALL of these PEAK levels (TT, fT, E-2) will decrease to within "normal limits" in roughly five-seven days.
