Default HCG , possible future issues

i just read an old post that one of the docs on this board posted regarding a possible link between Finasteride ( propecia) and testicular cancer. supposedly hcg levels increase and have some sort of effect on the testes. this has me wondering if hcg can cause such an effect. does hcg convert to high levels of estrogen in the testes? worth exploring since many of you guys are using hcg long term.
finally, i understand hcg converts to alot of estrogen. i am guessing hcg converts to estrogen more so than testosterone? does it convert to estrogen more so in other tissues such as the tetstes? how about the prostate? does hcg convert to more estrogen is the prostate( this can cause prostate issues). i am guessing that men who use hcg long term can experience some sort of negative effect on prostate health. again, this is just speculation on my part but worth considering especially since prostate health has been a hot topic on the board as of late.

Since approximately 1% of
E-2 is testicular in origin, and the remaining 99% derived from peripheral conversion from testosterone via aromatase or adrenal conversion of testosterone precursors, why do people believe HCG use results in higher E-2 levels especially when compared to that which occurs consequent to endogenous LH secretion? T
One way such a conclusion can be reached is, HCG and LH stimulate different testicular hormone receptors....... NOT or cause metabolic alterations of leydig cells preferentiall increasing E-2 lroduction,,,,,NOT.The spike of E-2 and T occur roughly 48 hours post injection, however depending upon dosage and age testosterone levels can occasionall peak at 1K and considering a tT to E-2 ratio of 1:10 estrogen may reach 100pg/ml albeit briefly. The acute elevation of E-2 may cause temporary symptoms such as breast tenderness and fluid retention but the effect and RATIO are no different from that which occurs because of natural LH secretion! The effect of E-2 noted by some is the result of an acutely increased T-E level which can easily be modified by lowering the dosage and or increasing frequency of HCG administration.
