Default Calorie needs while dieting

I am 185lb and I am going to guess 12% body fat. I want to drop some weight slowly. Right now I net 2100 calories a day. It is really around 2400 calories without taking into consideration my workouts.

I am keeping meticulos record of my calorie intake and breakdown. I keep my protien to a minimum of 215 grams to a high of 250 grams.

My carbs range from 188 grams to 251 grams.

My fats range from 49 grams to 88 grams. 80% of my fats are clean planned sources as from avocados.

My question is my calorie count to high if my goal is to lose 1/2 pound a week without losing to much if any muscle. Any suggestions or thoughts?

Well I do want the six pack I had in college but the chances of me dropping to 153lb are none. I am thinking more along the lines of 170-175. I havent been 153 since my senior year in H.S.
