Deca Test HCG Proviron help

I am a long time user but only looking for slight gains. I train MMA and can not let my weight get out of control.

I generaly do long weak cycles and here is my current. (im on day1)

200 mg prop weekl 18 weeks shot twice a week
200mg deca weekl 16 weeks

hcg 500iu every week shot twice a week
proviron 50 mg ED

So here is my question.

I have not used proviron before and am looking at how long to use it plus what would now be a proper PCT cycle??

Same as always on PCT (no intent to blow you off, but it would be worth reading various material and posts on here, there's no shortage) and Proviron will be useless.

I would also avoid this cycle unless you have previously used Deca pretty much exactly this way, or at higher dose for similar or longer time, before with no recovery problems. If not and if you don't have joint problems, skip the Deca and I'd either substitute with Masteron or Primo, or increase the frequency of testosterone injection and add an AI (many posts on this as well.)

I need the deca for my poor aching joints and deca and I have a long standing relationship You are right it takes awhile to get back on track though.

I have been drawn to the proviron to use as my AI and to get the most out of the Test. That's why I was questioning if I should change my PCT.

That is a good reason to use the Deca then.

Proviron won't make testosterone (or any steroid) work better. Its only values are in some instances improving libido though not so much while on-cycle, of being a very weak antiestrogen, and perhaps at high doses momentarily improving vascularity in some instances.

If your HCG is only 500 IU total per week, that is a little weak and I wouldn't have complete confidence in that fully maintaining testicular function. Perhaps it might, but also maybe not. If you're doing 250 IU twice per week, I'd increase that to three times per week.

But if you mean 500 IU twice per week, that is sufficient.

On the PCT, there's really nothing complex to it if having used HCG during the cycle: Clomid 300 mg on Day 1 and thereafter Clomid 50 mg/day.

The Proviron i am going to scrap but boy did another forum sell it well. I read the profile on here and it paints a very different picture.

There's an almost-incredible trend (actually a lot more than a trend) to plagiarism with steroid-writing.

Even in the early 90s Arimidex and letrozole were unavailable or extremely expensive and just out of reach for steroid users in general. Cytadren was sometimes used but usually was dosed to where it gave problems and therefore was not well-liked in general. There was dosage that worked moderately and avoided problems with excessive suppression of cortisol production, but this never became well known so far as I know. So this left a sometimes-needed role for the not-very-effective Proviron.

It in the past had a little value during cycles in some instances, for lack of better antiaromatases.

Problem is, what was written way back when still gets copied to this day, including theories that are wrong. ("Freeing up testosterone.")
