Default Keeping Gains after a Cycle
After having read various article about how to best keep gains after a cycle, I am confused by the conflicting information. What is your opinion on how to best keep the gains in terms of workout, diet and supplements? I guess I should also ask if it is possible at all.

im not suggesting this, im simply stating that this is one chemical that many are turning to
