quick competition tips I was at my schools gym today and saw that they are having a strong man type competition in a couple days on sunday june 4th. I am not the strongest in indulvidual lifts but I am going to give it a shot. Should be fun. Anybody have some quick tips for me? I fugure just carb up real good over the next couple days. deliscious. Thats what i used to do for biking and swimming anyway. Any tips appreciated.
