Vorck ferritin protocol on cycle/blast?

Question for yall. Has anyone ran Vorck iron protocol on blast/cycle for low ferritin?

I’m on low low dose to rebuild my ferritin. But looking at options down the road if it happens my ferritin is crashed again.

Protocol requires elevated hemoglobin and low ferritin.
But obviously cycling an elevated CBC is recipe for disaster.
This would be pumping 200-220mg of iron into your system daily for a week.

Curious how that would go mid cycle or blast? Or absolutely not.

Above my pay grade and the science behind it is beyond me.

Do you have to have elevated hemoglobin for it to work? It was something I was considering since my ferritin has been getting lower and my mch and mchc and one other marker are low. But nothing touches my hemoglobin or hematocrit, it just doesn't go up. Not even on 150mg anadrol. So far eq hasn't touched it

Damn I thought I was the only one. Wish I could run EQ at 1-1,5gr with trt dose test to see if it makes a difference. Test deca EQ at 1gr total plus 100 anadrol and I had 46 HCT. Currently with the same stack but less weeks in and I have 44.

“You need:
• to be on Testosterone or have erythrocytosis from something (smoking, PV, sleep apnea, ideopathic secondary polycythemia, etc)
• to have RBCs over 5.5 for men and women
• to regularly have a hemoglobin of 16+ for men and women (you can dip if you donate but keeping your ferritin relies on a high HGB)”

I’d read the article
I read and realized that this should have been done right away, but I missed the moment by 1 month and felt symptoms of low iron.
and it said that I had to do it right away, so I asked if I could do it after 1 month

Yeah that’s why I said read the article because I never read that part. Only the part that retained to my issues lol.
There’s a lot of info in there and science

I just completed the above protocol with decent results for Ferritin levels, (on Trt doses though) but at the expense of my rbc, hemoglobin, hct all going in the red, my hct was 57% , I was dehydrated some the day before and day of test, I will be retesting Wednesday to see how I have stabled out , because the hct went from 53 up to 57 , hoping it was just a dehydrated state , IMG_1317.webp

I've been looking into ways to get/keep my iron levels up. I got hit out of nowhere with iron deficiency anemia, and a 3% iron saturation level. Yes, I felt like complete garbage. I just had my second iron sucrose infusion, and have 3 more to go. I really want to get to the bottom of this. One thing I noticed about the protocol that confused me is how it says to avoid vitamin C while on days you take iron. Everything I've been told previous to this is that you should take vitamin C with iron as it supposedly help with absorption. In addition to my infusions, I'm taking 100mg of iron dextran via self administered IM injections.
Here were my labs from 2 weeks ago:

Welcome back.

Which iron are you on?
Still ferrous bisglycinate?

I didn’t change my vitamin c , but I only supplement what’s in my greens drink, no extra Vitamin c , I just made sure to take away from caffeine

Vitamin C lowers or alters hepcidin.
Says somewhere in the article.

In this protocol you’re doing everything to raise hepcidin. So that’s why. I was also confused

Also was running this protocol at the time of positing, to the exact hour and products. Unfortunately not much of a change for me. Nothing at all tbh.

So it can work for some and others not.
My iron didn’t budge much. And my ferritin went up 15 points give or take, could even be inflammation raising it to 30.

Next step is what ever my doctor says. And if nothing else. Some Iron infusion sponsored by chewy & baby piglet meds
