I feel ya man. I’ve lost like 8lbs in the last month just from stress and lack of nutrition. I stepped on the scale the other day at 199 which is the lightest I’ve been in a couple years!!!! That was when I said fuck this regardless of how life wants to show up I gotta get back on track and MAKE time for this. Need my motivation back and you guys help ALOT with that. I’m with you brother. I got to get back to making time for myself. Ive been giving all my time to a female. I mean we doing all right but I’ve just neglected my priorities a little bit.
On top of that my cruise has made me less motivated and I seemed to not have that same drive that I had on cycle, plus I feel slightly more emotional and kind of like wearing my heart on my sleeve.
I’m about ready to cut the cruise short and jump back on cycle.
I’m gonna spend this week getting my diet back on track.
Plus hit the gym a few times. Then I will re-evaluate.
Anyway good luck bro and just know I’m in the same place and we both work our way out of it.

I look at it like this I dont compete or make a living at this. I do this because I love doing it. It makes me a better me. Life happens and sometimes its out of our control. Work the shit out, get back in track and on routine as soon as you can and keep moving forward. It's a marathon not a sprint.

Second back workout of the week in the books. Four exercises the first rotation and three for the second focusing a bit more on Pulldowns this day which are my weakness when it comes to back. Face pulls for rear delts to switch up from the regular reverse peck deck. Remember my top sets are taken to complete failure. So actual working sets are low but intensity is pretty damn high.

Solid workout. Strength is slowly climbing back up which is a relief to see. You guys know how mentally frustrating it can be from time to time when you hit sticking points or fall off the wagon for a bit and have to climb the ladder again. One workout at a time. Currently working on getting daily calories back up as well.

Since life happened the last couple weeks and I was only a few pins in at that point I just stopped for a couple weeks. Currently this is basically week one again. Third pin going in tonight of 1ml Test Blend 325. Let’s get it !!! Will post some progress shots of where I’m starting out at and weight tomorrow after I can get an accurate reading in the morning.

I’m really pleased with where my strength is right now after only being a little over a week into this blast. I have a good feeling about this cycle. Calories right now are roughly 4200-4500 give or take. Not extremely strict just making sure I’m hitting a minimum of 4000 for a few weeks and then reassess.

Crunched for time today. Plus this wasn’t my normal time at the gym and it was freaking packed. Honestly man I am about 4 weeks into my cycle and week to week on MOST movements not all of them but most I’m able to either add reps or a couple pounds to each lift. It’s pretty awesome and I’m having a lot of fun with this so far. At the end of the week I will post some updated pics but I’ve been wanting to run this combo for awhile now so I’m looking forward to seeing how it goes.

I also am starting to take arimidex every other day now due to the fact of how anadrol aromatizes and also tren. My nips were already at the point of excessive sensitivity the day before starting anadrol so I bumped the dosage of arimidex up. I think I’m going to have to start taking it daily pretty soon.
