2nd Cycle!

    Okay I’ll start by saying I’ve done one 16 week cycle previously I’ve been off since November 27th of 2017. My goals then were lose fat and cut which my first cycle was when I was in So Cal and was doing hand to hand exhange with my guy who was an IFBB pro. Used test e at 500mg a week for 4 weeks than switched to test P the rest of the cycle at 300mg a week 3 pins a week I also had experimented with Var for only two weeks, clen for two weeks I think, mast p for 4 weeks or so also at 300mgs a week with the test p, and last but not least the worst thing I ever used but I felt results but unfortunately had to stop after two weeks of pinning this shit Winny Depot I forget the dosages of most of what I listed because I didn’t have a set up cycle and wasn’t prepared but hey I learned a lot from it and got some experience but I also was gaining more strength than ever and my mass was crazy I was leaner than ever! I ate right carb cycles and did cardio 4 times a week.

    So now I’m preparing to cycle again after I’ve been off for awhile now I have an amazing job I enjoy doing have the money and am in a good place in my life to start back up the right way! With goals in mind and would like your opinions and advice on dosages I’m not going crazy with it so don’t throw out crazy numbers I think low doses are fine for me kind of what I listed but also I’ve lost a lot of mass and weight but add BF% not looking to bloat up but not looking to be shredded and dried out just add strength like I had before or even more! Also add mass and lose a little BF%

    Stats: Im 5’5..155lbs.. 23 years old turn 24 in November.. haven’t worked out in 3 months new membership will be picking up tommorow also have basics bench and DBs in my basement. Work 6 days a week 10-12 hour days 8 hours on Saturday so lift in morning before work or after? Would like to add 20lbs of muscle get around 175 mark with 12-15%BF don’t care to be shredded to the bone.

    Diet will be in check and cardio will as well as I do TM and SC after lifting for 30-45min on max incline I’ll work my way up to that as I gradually get back into it!

    So please feel free to give me any advice or suggestions you guys have I’m all ears and enjoy being on this forum!!

    PS: this was my first cycle I read a lot about cycling and eating healthy and all that as well but like I said first cycle wasn’t planned and set up like it should have been

    0mg AAS per week.

    200mg protein per day.

    Hope these dosages aren't too crazy for you.

    As far as goals, I recommend you start by actually going to the gym.

    Haha I worked my ass off in the gym I’m a small guy man chill tf out your fucking sick in the head go get some help man. Clearly you have no respect for yourself or other people you think I give two shits what the fuck you have to say about me this was 2017 I’m not going to discuss the details of the situation I was in but yes protein does help Indeed so thanks for the advice bud!!

    I was lifting more weight than guys twice my size so stfu I wasn’t even close to where I wanted to be in these pics so trust me when I tell you! You can’t and won’t bring me down bud, positive vibes only man! Have a blessed day

    I'm not trying to bring you down. You asked for advice, I gave it to you. I didn't say anything that you should be upset about...

    You got advice that wasnt what you wanted to hear and now you don't give a shit what I have to say... Not exactly sound logic.

    Well man that wasn’t really advice you telling me hit the gym I agree right now I need to for sure i work 60-80 hours a week and have been focused on stacking money and getting a new place. And now I’m wanting to get my body back in better shape actually better than I was before. I enjoy using gear in a safe way I do it because in a safe manner being sterile I like to see my body grow fast and lift heavy weight and have that comrodery that comes with us gear heads. I respect natty but for me I love seeing what my body can do and how it can transform with hard work ethic which I have I truly believe you have to work 3x as hard when on gear and be disciplined to your diet weather your carb cycling or whatever doing your cardio multiple times a week and when you lift. Push yourself but don’t kill yourself to where you tear tendons and can’t work out. My first cycle was just off top like I said mixed it with different things didn’t have a set plan and this cycle will be different I’ve been off for 7 months and was on for 4 months. When I go on my diet will change I’m not prepping for no competition but at the same time the food I’m taking in will be a lot healthier and better so I can get the right nutrients in my body you need to grow especially on gear and cardio also sleep.

    Sure it was advice... You want to run gear but you're not even back into the gym yet.

    I applaud your work ethic, it's important to have a good job that pays well. But running gear before you've been back to the gym is ass backwards. Since you haven't been there in a while, you're going to make gains very quickly... It's one of the few times that natural athletes get steroid like results. I would take advantage of it for a few months and then run the gear once you've stalled out. Otherwise, you're not likely to retain any muscle tissue when you come off.

    Your first cycle was also kind of a mess... I think you should research for the next few months while you're getting back into it.

    That's my advice... I hope it works out for you either way.

    No no no I’m not going to run gear before I start lifting and working out again man if that’s what you were confused about I agree that’s dumb af I’m trying to get out there on these forums and do my reaseach first I’m going to just start out with using solid steel supplements and eating healthy and running for about avmkkkkkjj

    Yes I definitely agree man that’s my plan I’m just trying to find new sources and get my cycle pre planned out so I’m ready for when I stall and hit that plateu that I know I will I’ve been working out naturally well since I was in junior high without gear. When I went to Cali I was lifting without gear for about 2 months and just couldn’t get the weight up I was striving to get up and so got ahold of some guys in the industry that helped me out with okay ugl gear and some that was just shit but none the less I got results and guys in my house we’re all wanting to get in on the action

    But a lot of those guys didn’t understand it takes a lot more to it than just pinning your glutes delts etc and popping tabs. As you very well know test is key eating and dieting with the proper foods for your body and goals and cardio.

    I’m a small guy as well @Eman 5’5 and 155lbs and my bf% has been increased obviously since I’ve been off for so long so I’m just going to use steel supps the usual good protein, fat burner my pre workout and post BCAAs along with healthy diet and cardio then hop back on with low doses of the gear running!

    When I do get back on do you recommend running prop or ethanate to for my test last time I started with test e I think prop is the best way to start then switch after a month or so

    Why you getting all mad in shit dude I cleared it up with @Eman and respect the guy did you not read the whole thread and the guy isn’t my buddy he was a source I got my gear from nothing more than that. I looked a lot better than what I did previously before I was on, I also was gettting underdosed product and had to hide what I was doing cause I was in a situation I would rather not talk about on here. It wasn’t a planned a cycle it was just experimental at the time I learned a lot from it and now I’m in a good spot in my life to plan out a solid cycle and get back in the gym for a couple months before I decide to get back on so I can get my body adjusted to working out again, like @Eman had stated I believe that’s the right thing to do so I’m taking his advice. I’m not on this forum to talk to shit and not learn anything I’m on here to get different view points from guys who have been doing this a lot longer than me and hopefully transform my body to what I envision it being one day. No idea why you came at me like the way you did but I really don’t care man you have your own opinion but @Eman and myself cleared the air so chill out.

    I had slacked on my diet quite a bit towards the end but your talking to me all wrong you read something and you know nothing about me I was wanting to lose weight but add mass and strength at the same time and I was lifting a good amount of weight but I did hit a plateu towards the end of my stay in Cali so I’m all ears to what you think it could of been should dosages been increased more protein intake?

    Food and training. If you can always fuel more food you will continue growing. And the training play hand n hand. Change your work outs up drop sets super sets how ever the fk sets u need for you ass to be best when you leave. N Fstill had let you no how I feel bout your cruddy entrance.     Yes I agree most definitely with the food I was carb cycling at the time and was eating a lot but not near the amount I should of been and I slacked off and started cheating more and started doing less cardio and that’s why I agree with you I looked like shit but most of those pics were in that phase but I looked better than what I did before trust me and but I didn’t get out of it what I wanted and that’s on me. I was in the gym 6 times a week doing two days sometimes as well and I switched up from drop sets to supersets to a whole slew of shit haha. But I was still not where I wanted to be and that’s on me and also my source at the time had gotten me bunk gear smh so hopefully I can learn some things about cycling and sources on this forum and just working out in general my goal isn’t to be a fucking 200lb monster I’m 5’5 man haha and just love working out when I’m on and everything about it
