Alright so a recent post got me thinking what does 4 K worth of gains look like? Kinda depends where we are each at individually, I'm thinking. For me, 20 pounds of muscle. Not 20 pounds of weight and bullshit and water. 20 pounds of lean muscle. That is what I would expect from the next 4K of gear I Invest in. I'm 220 now at 14 to 15 % BF. I expect the next 20 pounds of muscle to b a bit harder to gain. What say you?
