Barbell Squat - Bodyweight AMRAP


Just like the title says. Barbell squat your body weight as many reps as possible in a single set. Did one today to finish my workout, will upload later. Upload a vid or just post your weight and results.

Me - 215lbs for 28 reps (if i can count...)

This is a class finisher, really rate going balls to the wall on your last set. Can't say I enjoyed in the next 2 days though haha.

I am 236lbs and managed 33 reps, was shaking like a sh*tting dog by the end.


I did 225x20 drop after a 315 set some time ago @ 215lbs. Had 245x3x8 programmed this week and I dont have the conditioning anymore, got to start working on that.
