This is a class finisher, really rate going balls to the wall on your last set. Can't say I enjoyed in the next 2 days though haha.Just like the title says. Barbell squat your body weight as many reps as possible in a single set. Did one today to finish my workout, will upload later. Upload a vid or just post your weight and results.
