Still have the untried NPP left but that’s likely joining its friend Anavar at the bottom of the ocean. 1.3 years of trying over a dozen plus roids and peps I’m calling it quits. Could be age could be diet could be both but most have been performance impairing to say the least So from here on I’ll be sticking to my beloved daily doses of BPC, HGH, TNE, Epitalon and a sprinkling of TB500 and Ephedrine here or there.

This is one day: note vegetables fish starches and fruits are switched daily
breakfast
I have these granola bars special made for me:
2 cups toasted Oats, 300g of honey, cacao powder, 2 scoops unflavored isolate protein powder, cinnamon, salt and 20 finely chopped medjool dates totals around 3000 calories
Then I have a banana or 2
Lunch
2/3 grilled chicken breast, a lot of pasta w/little bit red sauce and a lot of carrots
Dinner: 2/3 pieces of salmon, a lot asparagus and a lot of quinoa
Last meal : 2 filet mignons a lot of sweet potatoes alot of onions/peppers and 2 sunny side up eggs
Snacks - 2 bars of 99% dark chocolate
10 royal gala apples
2 oatmeal bowls consisting of 1/2 cup oats, maple syrup cinnamon and 300g of blueberries per bowl.
Hydration: 9 or so liters of water.
I have no idea the Macros
I guess 8-10k calories 60% carbs

Nothing wrong with sticking to things that work. I would keep the NPP since you have never tried it. Just in case you decide to in the future. Just label it as "Daddy's Joint Juice" in case someone finds it.

I tried Deca and that was horrible so NPP probably yields the same result but faster
I had high hopes for most of these compounds but not to be lol. Only the Epitalon was a huge score in terms of recovery due to deeper sleep.
Test at high dose 20-30mg daily- no good
HGh higher dose 2.5-3.0ius daily - disastrous
Basically just put everything at just above replacement doses and gtg
Idk how any tennis player could take or benefit from this sheeit lol
Now if recovering from injury or surgery during an off period with minimal activity I could see but an active player no fuking way lol

I believe food and sleep are without doubt the two most important things for recovery and performance. So, I sleep probably a bit more than most 10-12 hours. As I’ve gotten older that was dropping to 8-10 but thanks to the Epitalon I’m back to 10-12 and much deeper sleep.
I take 1MG about 1hour prior to when I want to sleep.

Probably could try 250mcg to start. 1MG seems to be the sweet spot for me.

Given how you have described your training and your particular sport, I am a little surprised that you are surprised.

Most of this stuff is going to maybe make you a little more powerful, but otherwise I cannot see it offering any real benefit to your sport. I realize that there is an advantage to being a man, which is why they split up male and female players, but maybe all of this stuff should have been in some sort of off season (do you have those?) where you get stronger while taking a break from 7 hour grueling days of joint pounding punishment on the court.

Use them to get a little stronger and more powerful, and then get back on your regular training.

I understand what you were trying to do, but I just would not have predicted it working like that.

It’s a bit more complicated than that. I just didn’t take stuff to take it per se.
All of the items were used by players testing positive over the last few years
I made sure to implement them at the proper time with the exception of this last one anavar. Ie: off periods, training blocks, match play etc
the season is 10 to 10.5 months
Jan-Nov
Off season is Nov- Dec
Most players do training blocks of around 10-14 days 3 times per year Dec Feb late July-Aug
And the rest of the time is just maintenance and staying healthy for competition
I should add that most of the substances weren’t roids but stuff like EPO, meldonium etc
That being said I think now I can optimize for my age with optimal doses of test hGh Bpc tb500 epilation for recovery to still handle heated practices with top 10 young guns and one fellow old man

Rep speeds and timing of reps for each exercise are too intricate to detail without me having a seizure lol
