How embarrassing is this:
For 3 years or so , 2020ish-2023ish I used only BPC and some tb500 from a USA vendor and a EU vendor. Using an average of 10mg daily over that time period I was spending ballpark 35-40k annually( @Trenbolonetax that’s not anally so don’t get excited) lol
After deciding to hop on the ped train around sept/oct last year I found out from vendors on here I was getting ripped off big time.
Now my annual Bpc cost at say 10mg daily is about 1k lol.
I see in other threads people talk about disposable income. IMO that’s idiotic as no amount of income should ever be considered disposable. Probably why consumer debt is at its apex.
Anyways, I feel like a moron for wasting close to possibly 145k on something that should of been 5k. Yet, not even close to as moronic as not realizing holding down the like opened up the emoji bar. Smdh.

I see quite a few people on here that weigh 2-300lbs and mention eating like 2k cals. How tf is that possible? I’d be in prison if I ate that much. Lol

Now he wants to get HUGER through EOY and will be lifting daily? I think and taking larger quantities of aas and food.
Wouldn’t getting HUGER be easier by lifting less frequently but heavy as possible and resting more
Like 2x workouts per week max. I don’t understand how you can grow to maximum potential without resting as much as possible and lifting as heavy as possible but infrequently.
Thoughts.?

I don't have time to look for it at the moment, but here is some research indicating higher frequency results in more growth, e.g. hitting a muscle twice or even thrice a week.
