Best calisthenics routine

    Started today, after one week off, I did a super set of pull ups and diamond push ups on the push up bar (4 sets) and chin ups and dips (4 sets).

    I was pretty much destroyed after that, did 4 sets of hanging leg raises and went home.

    Looking for Ebooks/instructional YT Channels/ advice on a routine.

    Check out Greyskull' conditioning routines. They have all kinds of routines that they put together. I will see if I can find it for you.

    There is a book called "convict conditioning " that's pretty good

    Convict conditioning is ok. The book that got me interested in calisthenics was "The Naked Warrior" by Pavel Tsatouline. It's a detailed book on two exercises. The one armed pushup and the pistol squat.
    There's a lot of YouTube channels out there. Two of the better ones I think are Calisthenicmovement and FitnessFAQs.
