What type do you guys like to do when running t3 and clen or alb? Last year was my first dabble with t3 and I never went away from HISS. I feel like maybe this wasn't necessary and might have burned some muscle in the process. About to start my t3 regimen and thinking about doing LISS for 45 minutes a day. Been doing HIIT and HISS for my cut up to this point. These don't only burn calories during the cardio session they are supposed to help secrete thyroid hormones and Gh throughout the next 24 hrs. So since my thyroid is going to be suppressed anyways I feel like LISS on T3 is the best option? Thoughts? Input?
