Criticize my planned cruise stack

Hey guys, I'm here for the standard Meso treatment, I've researched my desired stack based on my goals and I'm ready for you to shit on it and tell me how wrong I am

All jokes aside, any criticism or recommendations are welcome!

Goal#1: I want to live till I'm 80 and raise some grand kids, so it's got to be long term sustainable. I'm concerned with kidney health, liver health, endothelial health, heart health, and cholesterol levels. If I get prostate cancer I'll just blast androgens ;)

Goal#2: I love sports and I'd like to be healthy and play well into my old age, so muscle, bone, and connective tissue support is the goal.

My Stack:
No AI. There is some research pointing to endothelial damage, and estrogen is both anabolic and tissue protective, plus this isn't a lot of gear anyway.

75mg TestE 2x a week(150mg a week) OR 300mg TestD 2x a month(150mg a week)

25mg NPP 2x a week(50mg a week) OR 100mg ND 2x a month(50mg a week)

100mg Primo 2x a week(200mg a week)

Bonus: I'm also considering throwing in a hardening agent at some point, low dose Proviron, Anavar, or Masteron, what do you think?

Health questions?: I was already lean and strong before I started my TRT/Cruise, I've got my training and diet locked down, I eat healthy, plus 10,000iu Vitamin D, Collagen, Vitamin C, K2, magnesium.... the list goes on. I have NO hereditary cardiovascular disease in my family. I'll be doing bloodwork every 6 months to make sure things aren't getting out of control.

My choice would be 150mg test e,200mg primo

Yeah u can add low dose proviron or even better just run HGH year round low dose with test + primo

I'd love to run HGH year round, it sounds great, but I haven't done enough research on it yet to know whats up. I'll keep your suggestion in mind, thanks dude.

You've got the money to cruise on primo and GH year round?

The GH looks doable, but I haven't done enough research yet. I don't understand what the colors of the tops are, and I have heard that "cheap" GH is rat recombinant, and expensive is human recombinant
, and that there "might" be long term problems using rat recombinant, but again I haven't done enough research yet. I don't even know the pro's and con's of the different dosages yet.

For Primo I'll brew my own, so price isn't an issue.

Love your Avatar by the way, Bebop and Rocksteady were the shit.

Thanks man lol and I see what you're doing on the primo. For more information on GH look on this forum here at @mands that guy has a few threads on the growth section you can read up on.

Okay so my first notes are, it’s probably better to do the 2x a week pinning for stable levels, secondly your concerns are heart health and nandrolone has been shown to potentially induce heart hypertrophy however you would have to look that up for more information as I don’t know if it’s dose dependant or a duration issue.

Yup I’d leave our nandrolone for long term use.

@DustMan

Be careful of insulin sensitivity on GH.

Also check out this post as to "different " types of GH

Check out my post from August 31st

Pharmaceutical vs Generic

The rat thing is a myth. The link is a detailed explanation of differences. If you want to dig deeper I would be more than happy to help.

Thank you, I'm half way through reading the thread. I saw you said that you would pick Chinese Pharma every time, do you have any tips for identifying actual Chinese Pharma quality HGH, or could you PM me a trusted source with stealth shipping to the EU?

I like this idea. But guys the whole point for make cruise is to providing the body with enough testosterone to maintain and function good. but also giving it rest for the compounds.
Test-E is good for this but make with year round hgh is good.
Primo or any other compound especially the Nandrolone is not i reccommend.

Not related to the cruise itself:
Do you think you really need 10 000 IU Vitamin D? This dose can get you pretty high levels(when you take it for a longer period of time of course). I reached a vitamin d blood level of 97 ng/ml with this dosage.

Now i'm sticking to 5000 IU. This is consered a way safer dosage and should keep you in a very good range

For regular guy 100% agree but for person who lives from their physique, competitor etc sport dose trt + primo or mast + HGH is a must in a cruise

I was taking 5,000IU for a few years, recently I've seen a few PHD's saying that they are switching up to 10,000IU, I read a few studies and long term usage of 50,000IU or more seems to cause no side effects so, why not? I'm also taking 200mcg K2 MK-7 to remove calcium from my arterial walls.

Who knows, maybe 10,000IU is too much, just gotta keep up with the new literature and try to make an informed decision.

150mg of test e is sufficient. It's a cruise for a reason gotta let the body and receptors reset. 150 should put you at the upper range if not supraphysiologic levels. You could add proviron or GH
