diet advice

hey guys, iv always thought of myself as been really knowledgeable when it comes to dieting but im just looking for sone heads up advice to point me in the right direction

stats at the minute:
22 years old
89kg / 14 stone 1lb
body fat: 11.8%
fat mass: 10.5 kg
lean mass: 78.5 kg

i did weigh around 18 and a half stone a good few year ago but through dieting, hard work and dedication i managed to drop 4 stone and since then iv been thinking of my next goal.
i do have a little loose skin but nothung that im concered about, the goal in my eyes now is to become leaner but grow lean muscle too
i recently changed my training pattern to 5x5 training to build up more on my strenght so doing that monday, wednesdays and fridays bi' and tri's tuesday and thursday also started doing a lot more cardio as i like to keep my cardio uo for when i get my ass back into mixed martial arts in the next month or so so running, bad work, hill sprints ect and also included into training when times there for it
what sort of diet should i be on now with me changing to this direction
my recent diet was around 60-70g carbs a day with around 220g protein with around 2400 calories a day
im also starting my next course soon of mean and lean (test, tren and mast)
any help ill be gratefull

Don't run test above 150mg/week if you want to lean doen.
And if you do, make sure your estrogen is as close as possible to 30. High estrogen make you hold water and fat
