Dnp...another log thread

That was the lowest record dose causing death
Yep, thought about it after I posted, did the math in my head and wondered why it seemed so low. Figured I had it reversed.

There was a huge dose in there too at some giant amount, which is what I thought I was referencing.

I finished off my underdosed dnp @ 34 days. I lost 19.5lbs in those 34 days. Remember the shit was underdosed, and I figured that out after the first 14 days. All my weight came off when I upped my dose after that. So all that weight came off in 20 days. I know no one gives a shit, but that's how it happened. 34 days is way to long to be on this poison, but my product was shitty and I wanted to make the best of it. I saw this log to the end so people can get an idea on what to expect. I could've probably lost 10lbs naturally in the same time, and with one more month, I could've matched my dnp results. I lost over 20lbs the 2 months before the start of my dnp cycle, and I hit a major plateau, and I couldn't lose any weight for the last 2 weeks. I would've needed to take a break or something.

I hope to lose some sort of water weight over the next few days. I'll of course, post my results

Now that I'm off dnp, my glycogen has been depleted. How many complex carbs should I intake to restore my loss? I'm keeping my calorie deficit high, so I can prevent any rebound weight, but I'm a bit unsure of the carbs.

Well done buddy. DNP does tug hard on the carbs. I end up flat as a pancake after each sprint. How many complex carbs? I don't know about the number, but I typically spend 2-3 days getting back in there. You should be careful though because I do know you are not looking to carb up for the aesthetic effects. Carbing back up will add weight back on that frame and I can't see you "need to" carb up based on your profile.

Remember, now the hard work starts, keeping that weight off. I'm back up to 98kg now, fucking hate it, must have an eating disorder or something. As that's something new

The day after I stopped, I broke with weird pimples all over my face, fyi. I didn't experience any of this during my entire cycle.

Today is 7 days since ending dnp. I continue to do cardio and I'm keeping a calorie deficit to ensure I don't gain weight back. I weighed in this morning at 176lbs, that's 1lb from my original target weight. So, it's 4.5 lbs lost post dnp, in 7 days. I know some people continue to lose for up to 2 weeks post cycle, so I'll check back in.

Despite my underdosed dnp, I have to say it was worth it. It really gets you results. I feel better than ever, and have not lost any strength.

What does your cumm taste like after DNP though, still the same? Al dente or sticks to the back of the mouth? Please let us know.

I guess my this should be my last results posting. It's been two weeks since ending dnp, I have not gained any weight back. I've continued my cardio, and replaced my ketosis diet with the 5/2 diet, and I lost 3 more pounds. I'm down to 173lbs. I didn't want, or expect to lose weight on the 5/2 diet. I was just a water to ensure that the weight doesn't come on, but I guess it works as a weight loss diet.

Thanks again, to all that have helped me. Dnp is some crazy shit, hindsight, but it works. Yes, I took the easy road, but no its on me to keep off the weight, and I'm going to do just that. I've never lifted, but you guys would be proud to know that I just bought an olympic bench/squat setup.

If anyone has questions or insults, feel free to post and I will respond. Thanks again, people of Meso.

It's been over I month since my last dnp dose and I'm happy with the results. I've been pretty stable at 174lb since dnp. Thanks for the support and reality checks.

I guess this my official last post, unless some rookie has a question for this rookie. But I should leave the question answering to the veteran Dnp experimenters. Anyway, here is the the before and after, from 200lb to 174lb. The shit works.... 2016-08-10_18.11.53.jpg

Yeah I'd take in winter.... but if your starting have at it. I notice the first few weeks your skin looks good but after that I get weird cystic acne like i'm on tren. Also eating low carb will make DNP heat more manageable and if you feel real shitty eat some fruit. You'll bloat the first few days but it'll pass. Also consider a ECA Stack or doing a tren cutting cycle after the DNP or your body will put the weight back on.

Checking in for those freaks that are researching dnp. I fucked up from Thanksgiving through Christmas. I gained back 5 or so pounds, which I'm already trying to loose. I didn't work out for two months either, which is fucking stupid of me. I'm currently at 179lb. So to clear up any doubts, dnp works, and the weight will indeed stay off.

Weird you gained weight back and say it stays off? The whole thing about gaining weight back is guys like yourself don't have the discipline to keep the weight off as evident by you not hitting the gym for two months  if you had any serious skin in this game it would drive you crazy to be away for two whole months. That is why DNP isn't recommended for people such as yourself too irresponsible and looking for a quick fix that will never last

Perfectly put brother. Motherfukr goes on and on about how it works and I'll start training and he posts this shit. Not all who use DNP are lazy fat asses. But this clown is definitely one of them. I'd love to know his excuse for not working out for 2 months. Oh Yeah. LAZY AND NO COMMITMENT!

You clearly have didn't read my post, and actually understand the journey I went on. Hell ya, I took a big fat shortcut. I lost 40 fucking pounds! I gained 5 back over 2 months. I wasn't on here for fitness advice, it was a Dnp journal by a chubby layman, for other chubby layman's. This forum, and the guys on it, provided some of the best information and help on Dnp, that's why I posted here. 100 percent, my only intention was to use clen and Dnp lose weight, and change my life style. I've been disciplined since then. Those insignificant 5lbs I gained over the holidays, I lost. I was a sedentary fat ass before all this, and now I'm not. I took the holidays off, that's all. I still did Jiu-jitsu, and mountain biked for those two months, so 5lbs, not the end of the world. Nor is it a sign that I failed, or I'm lazy. I'm still on this journey, and I'll continue to learn and grow.

The quick fix did last.
