Recently in my quest to find a better way to use DNP and still be able to both function and make progress in my training I pursued the idea floating around of low dosage DNP at night (200mg) for 10 days. With a starting weight of 220lbs at 5'10", I am happy to say I am presently at 214lbs after a 3 day cleanout. When the water left.....I woke to a nice veined 214lbs and ready to train.
I did nothing special except use DNP as though it was ephedra for night. Eash night I would take my 200mg dosage 1-2hrs before bed. I used my ECA in the day to push hard cardio (AM 30min-1hr), heavy lifting 30-45min (PM) & 15min practicing my mandatories. I was still able to lift at near 85% of my 265lb off season weight and workout faster to keep heart rate up.
Diet consisted of low fat, moderate carbs (fruit), moderate protein. I kept my calories at my BMR. Figured the Dnp and training would cause plenty of calorie defect for me.
Now I am not going to say it was easy...just easier! The key I believe......being able to utilize cardio and training where in strong DNP cycles, I am useless.
I am presently also supplementing lightly with...
200mg test/wk-just for the ol' pecker
200mg Eq/wk
75mg Tren Ace/eod
50mg Winny oral/eod
Nolvadex 20-30mg/day for estrogen related fat loss--pulls fat off under my nips and off my legs easier....got a contest in 6 wks
At the 4 wk point before my contest, both tren and winny goto everyday dosages till the contest. I know most are saying that isn't enough, but more isn't always better. I will post pics soon. I am getting close to contest shape.
