DNP RESULTS....Low Dosages Work!

Hey Bros,
Recently in my quest to find a better way to use DNP and still be able to both function and make progress in my training I pursued the idea floating around of low dosage DNP at night (200mg) for 10 days. With a starting weight of 220lbs at 5'10", I am happy to say I am presently at 214lbs after a 3 day cleanout. When the water left.....I woke to a nice veined 214lbs and ready to train.

I did nothing special except use DNP as though it was ephedra for night. Eash night I would take my 200mg dosage 1-2hrs before bed. I used my ECA in the day to push hard cardio (AM 30min-1hr), heavy lifting 30-45min (PM) & 15min practicing my mandatories. I was still able to lift at near 85% of my 265lb off season weight and workout faster to keep heart rate up.

Diet consisted of low fat, moderate carbs (fruit), moderate protein. I kept my calories at my BMR. Figured the Dnp and training would cause plenty of calorie defect for me.

Now I am not going to say it was easy...just easier! The key I believe......being able to utilize cardio and training where in strong DNP cycles, I am useless.

I am presently also supplementing lightly with...
200mg test/wk-just for the ol' pecker
200mg Eq/wk
75mg Tren Ace/eod
50mg Winny oral/eod
Nolvadex 20-30mg/day for estrogen related fat loss--pulls fat off under my nips and off my legs easier....got a contest in 6 wks

At the 4 wk point before my contest, both tren and winny goto everyday dosages till the contest. I know most are saying that isn't enough, but more isn't always better. I will post pics soon. I am getting close to contest shape.

Nice post bro. I highly recommend this for anyone who is just starting out with DNP or for those that don't want to experience the increased side effects. While it can be fun to drop a lb of fat every day, for many people the sweating, nausea, and lethargy are not worth even those amazing results. But as you've shown you can take a low dose and lose more weight than you ever could naturally or with ECA, etc., and without being completely miserable. I think these types of cycles are best for the summer as well with the increased heat and humidity. I do advise supplementing with T-3 though if you run the cycle over a week just to keep thryoid levels normal and ensure that your metabolism is still operating at peak efficiency. I would assume so but I have never risked the loss of muscle with DNP without being on some gear. Also, I only use DNP when needing to prepare for a contest. Its sort of necessary now days, unless you are a genetic freak, to use gear to compete in none tested bodybuilding.

I understand that alot of people believe tren to have fat burning properties. If tren really does, it might have helped some but it didn't help a bit in my high dosage cycles I ran before this one. I ran 2 cycles of 6-7 days at high dosages and had less results than this 200mg dosage cycle. This is why I attribute my lose of bodyfat to the combo of training and DNP. The combo was much more effective....and as I stated before, I couldn't train well on high dosages.

I suggest this method because it allows for your training to stay at a productive level and lose fat at a dramatically increased level.

I assume you're referring to the T-3? I think you should use 50-100mcg, the body produces about 75mcg naturally so you're just trying to keep your normal thyroid levels up.

After geting off this last cycle, I have noticed that I get cold easier than before. I have had 2 days of chills but they have gone now. Would this be related to Thyroid not producing at a par level yet? I was assuming so since I am normally a heater.

Hi, ive just create an account to say that the last time ive run dnp, i noticed the same that you, I get cold easier than before...

Another thing I ve noticed is that i feel with more ''energy'' when I d-tox from the venom.

I run original S.i.g.m.a.A.l.d.r.i.c.h dinitrophenol, moistoned with water, no UK under, the real thing.

The last thing Ive noticed is that now I can take MUCH MORE dnp, last month Ive run 1.1gr in one day with not much secondary effects.

I assume you're referring to the T-3? I think you should use 50-100mcg, the body produces about 75mcg naturally so you're just trying to keep your normal thyroid levels up.

Body produces about 25mcg not 75. You may be thinking of T4 dosages as the conversion is about 25%.

No shit bro.

I do agree low dose DNP (200mg/day) is generally safe for most men. For women, I'm still unsure of the cataract issue.

Low dose DNP IMO, is far safer than Clenbuterol or ECA even. Clen permanently hardens heart tissue and both Clen/ECA raise blood pressure excessively for many.
