So with 2 donations my hemotacrti went from 52 to 45 Which is awsome. My iron 18 to 15.

Everything else is amazing. I have been running a 10 weeks cycle and everything is in range. I can attest the fish oil has raised my HDL from 15 to 27.

So my cholesterol is pretty good and my RBC hemo and hemat is great.

This is why bloodwork is important.

No reason to be concerned there unless the trend goes upward.

If you give blood during cycle does that take away from the build up of the hormones/efficacy of cycle or is it negligible

Negligible. Benefits of not having a stroke outweigh any slight variation in hormone levels after donating. Personally I'd donate between cycles unless hematocrit is terribly high.
