Is estradiol 18 pg/ml crashed estro?
I'm feeling some low estro symptoms like Test-flu, aching/cracking joints.

I used to take half a letro tab a week to boost natural testosterone, and get rid of diffuse, slightly puffy nipples
Letrozole once a week normalizes serum testosterone in obesity-related male hypogonadism. - PubMed - NCBI
then bumped it to half a tab a week and began suffering the symptoms

The lab report lists the normal range for men as 7.65-42.5 pg/ml
but it's actually a birth control / fertility clinic, so the range listed may be far from optimal.

Should I ease the Letro dosage to allow estradiol to rise to the low 20s?

    Thanks in advance to y'all

So you're not even on gear, and you're taking letro? Are you an obese male with hypogonadism?

    Not obese
    between cycles
wanted to boost natural testosterone (who doesn't)
and to lower estrogen to get rid of diffuse puffy nips, no hard gyno.

Why not just take a serm short term instead of taking letro? Same effect and you dont crash your estrogen.

    I did
about a couple years ago I tried low dose nolva
but got vision side effects that took several months to resolve.

With all of your problems with peds why don't you just stop? Lol. You cant use test without becoming a woman, you cant c9me off cycle without having puffy nips, you cant use serms or your vision gets fucked up. Man you're just something fucking weird. Lol

It's because he's full of shit and using studies that dont apply to him. There is a reason why letro raises test in obese males. Higher levels of fat lead to more test being converted to estrogen via aromatase. So if your obese keeping your testosterone from converting to estrogen is going to cause your levels to rise. If your not obese your going to crash your e2.

    The point is
Is 18 pg/ml too low estro?
Should I ease Letro dosage to avoid estro to rise to mid 20s and feel better?

Do you really need to ask this question? If you do you shouldn't be using any type of PED. If your estrogen is to low, of course you quit taking letro.
