That's what I kept reading and to play it safe, I just stick to 500iu twice weekly. Do you have any more information on this? Maybe my info is outdated.

Well i look at the fertility protocols.
They use high dosages for long periods and there is no problem with desensitization.
Im not saying it cant happen if someone would use lets say a bottle a day or something crazy like that.
Its just my observation over the years i have not seen it happen or heard it happen to anyone.
500iu 2x or 3x per week should be a good dose for most.
