First of all, I'm a new poster. I've been lurking for a while though. I'm going to first list my stats, and the cycle that I am going to do. I have the gear in hand, and had my first blood labs done today so that I have a base to go off of. I requested tests of Total testosterone and Estradiol E2. I intend to start the cycle on February 1st and get blood labs every 3 weeks. I will do this as a cutting cycle to try and drop the body fat while maintaining, or possibly gaining a slight amount of lean body mass. I will be on a 50 day cycle. A little back story first though. June 2015 I weighed 235 pounds at about 28% +/- body fat. I'm 5'8" tall. I went on a 1600 calorie diet and began weight training and cardio. By October 2016, so 16 months, I was down to 155 pounds and 17% body fat. From October 1st, 2016 I began a natural clean bulk cycle eating on average 3,000 clean calories a day. High protein and carb using a 40/40/20 macro split. In 4 months of clean bulking I put on 15 pounds bringing my weight up to 170, and am currently 18% body fat. Stats: Weight: 170lbs Height: 5'8" Age: 35 Body Fat: 18% Cycle: Pharmacom Oxandrolonox 10 (Oxandrolone/Anavar) - 40mg split up with 20mg in the am and 20mg in the pm Pharmatest PH 100 (Testosterone Phenylpropionate) - 100mg eod Pharmacom Exos (exemestane) - 12.5mg daily Caloric intake will be maintenance level at around 2100-2200 with a 40/40/20 macro split, clean whole foods Weight training 4-5 days per week with at least 90-120 minutes of cardio throughout the week Post-Cycle: Pharmacom Clomos (clomiphene citrate) - 100mg daily split into 50mg doses for week one, weeks 2-4 will be 50mg daily I'll post pics on day one, and periodically throughout the cycle.
