Frequency training

    Just want to know what you guys think about frequency training?

    This is my work out. My full body consists of bench press, rack pulls, hack squats, shoulder press, triceps, biceps and a plank all go to failure with 2 sets of 8-10

    And bro splits I go heavy (5 reps) then rep out usually go for 12-15 to failure

    Full body
    Back bi’s
    Full body
    Chest try’s
    Full body
    Legs
    Full body
    Shoulders
    Rinse repeat

    No rest unless something important happens or I feel like total crap and need a day off (doesn’t really happen unless I’m sick)

    I prefer either. Fb/fb/upper/lower. Or what I am doing now. Fb/upper/fb/lower. On upper I don’t do any direct arm work.

    Yeah I would do that but I don’t have that much time in the gym for a full upper body that would take forever for me
