I decided instead of allowing it sit for a day or two to allow it to drop the sediments out that it might actually be better to filter it while the oil was warm. Glad I did as it filtered fine until the last bit and then the filter started to clog.

Filtering it toned it down A LOT. Brewed with very little heat and this is mct. Definitely not the desired color I was after but I have a plan to dilute the color tone down.

Curious if you will test finished oils or just go for it?

This is Testosterone Cypionate. Also yellow. Carrier oil is MCT. View attachment 353424

What mg/ml? 4/500?
It looks pretty dark.

Looks like TRA lol

Sorry this is true. Hard to keep up with who does what on a forum. Wasn't some sort of challenge just curious about how the home brewers do things.

Definitely no offense taken. Just found it odd that someone asked ME if I would test it or not lol. You'd be hard pressed to find a member who does more testing.

Edit: to add I pulled a sample from the brew unfiltered and will be testing that as well. I’m sure it will test the same as the filtered sample but man a lot of shit was filtered out. The brew looked like dark tren and once filtered it lightened up a lot.

I appreciate you sharing these results with the community. Just cruised through your posts and see you certainly do lots of testing, also plenty of good bbq!!

My bio should read… I’m a good cook, love to fish and test my steroids.

One more for you guys that I’m sure you will wish you didn’t see. Here is some of the bigger sediment/impurities starting to settle in the bottom of the beaker.

We know the purity is low based off janos testing..this might sound weird but the more I can physically filter out the better.

But yea, nasty stuff. I don't think Nemo will survive in there.

Holy fuck those beaker bits lol

@bware top job mate the end resultblooks really good considering how it started.

Thanks for testing so much mano

In general, the main way you seperate really similar molecules is by using a column. You do a quick tlc, find the best mobile phase, and flash from there. For more stubborn cases you'd either have to gradient or, might be a bit biased here because of ochem, attach some functional group to either your molecule or the impurity, seperate, then remove.

For anyone else reading this, for context:

This is not how you purify gear for injection, it's how you separate similar molecules for further analysis -- it can be picograms or nanograms, nowhere near enough to use even for TRT

You have some interesting samples -- maybe worth to see if you can get reimbursed for GCMS to see what's present in the raws and what filtering removes (or adds)

This would separate whatever hormone is included with the latest batch of NPP right ?

DAMN.
Hope there's no chunks with my Tren E. Someone mentioned before that with chunks filtered (Mast E batch) it then showed in the high 90s - How much was lost in them chunks? 0.05% - 0.1%?

GCMS should be able to separate it, and in many cases, HPLC to quantify

I thought I read gcms wasn’t great for oils and to just use it for raws. Makes sense since now I’ve introduced bb,ba and mct. Honest question as I have no idea.

Sorry, meant to quote where you addressed me on the subject.
