I guess I kinda over did on legs the other day and now I’m hurt. There could be something seriously wrong with my outside of my right thigh. The injury happen on Wednesday. I can’t put much pressure on my right leg and I’m limping around pretty bad. It hurts to bend it up or down, it knots up! It’s really red and really warm with a long raised patch about a foot long. There is no bruising at all?It’s really hard to stand up and sit down. On top of this my butt cheeks are sore as fuck from pip. Anyway I think the injury stemmed from moderately heavy squats and then doing pretty heavy / high volume leg presses. Anyone familiar with this type of injury? Any suggestions to help heal it? Sorry this was so long just trying to be descriptive. This sucks!
