lol I was buying dandelion root when you sent this. I actually am finishing up some plain greys not from PD that tested super well.I'm taking the same grey tops (I assume) at 5iu per day, from platinum direct, and throw some dandelion root into my daily amino drink. I went a few days without it, and had noticeable difference in bloat, specifically my face. Don't get it too much elsewhere.

So my goal I suppose is to gain muscle reduce fat and heal my joints quickly as well as skin and hair benefits. Generally I've taken 4IU doses but 3 "feels better" I also don't know what igf I should be aiming for but I know above 400 is good.Seriously fella whats the objective an IGF of 500, 600, 700 or awaiting the developments of MORE adverse effects.

You need to spend some time reviewing the effects of GH supplementation and decide what OBJECTIVE "benefits" are reasonably achievable FOR YOU.
Finally if you would like to ascertain whether more is better for you, try increasing the dose in an incremental fashion, such as 1/4th IU per week, as doing so tends to diminish adverse effects based on clinical trials.
Also I do appreciate the generic assays you dudes posted up they are helpful.If PED users would spend more time reviewing known data on the substances being used then perhaps they would "learn" beforehand what to do and not to do.

well I know It makes you heal faster and drs prescribe it for severe burns to help aid healing as well as children with growth issues.
