Hi! New “old f..ker” here. 48 yo, 6’2”, 230lb. Healthy, no prescriptions, or known medical issues. Bf%...faint four pack. Been lifting on and off for last 20 years. Last time I was on, was about 8 years ago. Not a whole lot to say,...everything is different now, trying to catch up, and figure out what is what now, and is there any research chems worth trying. If not, I’ll go back to AAS, since that is what I feel comfortable with. Goal: nothing special, I will not compete,...just trying to improve physique, gain some strength, and feel better about myself. Tired of feeling “old”, don’t want to deal with it, since I know that I can feel 10 years younger. Wanna say “thank you!”, for all good info that you guys are posting, it means a lot! Have to figure out what, and how much I am going to stack, been a while since the last “cycle”. I am open to suggestions. Thank you everyone!
