How do you reward yourself when you reach a certain fitness goal? What do you do for yourself to get that "motivational boost"?

Well, reaching my goal is enough to boost me further :)

Depends on how big of a landmark it is. When I first reached one of my major goals, 200 kg on the deadlift, I went out and got AKG-k701 headphones - for you non audiophiles these phones cost around 280€ and are considered to be one of the best in their class.

It it's a smaller goal, like a monthly weightloss goal, I might go out and buy a nice shirt or take the missus out for dinner or something.

definitely a big cheat meal, I think it's important to binge every once in a while.
