Does anyone have any natural ways to lower estradiol? Mine is ridiculously high (from labs), but I don't want to touch pharma grade stuff like arimidex or nolva.

I should add, i am NOT on TRT right now. I am off everything.

While I think this is a complete and total waste of time, money, resources, etc. as well as probably harmful to your health, here are some links to threads on estradiol. Have fun!

So I read through these "DIM" threads.... and not sure what to make of them.

What is the consensus on DIM?

Some say (not verified all anecdotal) that Sustain Alpha by Primordial Performance which is a transdermal application of resveratrol lowers E2.

I take 400mg of resveratrol in pill form a day and find it lowers my E2 so that I only have to take 1/4mg once a week of arimidex to keep my E2 in the "sweet spot" of 20.

I have no association with Primordial performance. I have used Sustain Alpha but didn't like the smell so stopped using it.

    Nolva won't lower E2

How high was your E2 on the ultra sensitive test ?

If your E2 is that high it's probably messing up your HPTA if you have low T

There is no consensus on DIM. Some people say it works well for them and some people say it doesn't do anything.

You could try a good quality brand to see if DIM is going to help you. If doesn't you are out $30-$50. Depends on how much money you have to spend.

I have heard Iodine may possibly help. Although I have no idea how this would work.

LOL....Look at everything with a grain of salt. You can find the facts in the article and then you can pick out the BS. Then do a search and find the article on the benefits of milk and population and compare the two.

Honestly though, if you do your research you'll find there are not many people that drink milk, the problems with the population are stemming from Empty calorie beverages, living a sedentary lifestyle, and eating tons of fast food and other garbage food. It kills me to think milk is getting a bad wrap becuse some guy is against people drinking it. I would say the person that wrote that article is crazy. Probably sucking on a tree limb while hugging the tree.

Coffee also got a bad wrap for a long time to, but now they are doing more research and finding out how beneficial coffee is. They are still researching but a component in coffee helps protect against liver damage.
