Injected 150mg test e 2 days ago now have hypertension stage 2

I ran a cycle of 300mg mast e and 300test e in 2024 for months and didn’t get any issues from same lab.

About 3 months later

Then I mixed remaining mast with test and injected, this was a few months ago still in 2025 and this was 1ml worth and my bp skyrocketed to the highest of 170 diastolic and I had to go ER or A&E.

So I stopped and my BP returned to less than 120/80.

About 2 months later (NOW)

I wanted to pin again so I injected 0.5ml of the vial into me 2 days ago and yesterday my head was feeling hot and I sensed I had high BP and my veins were bulging and my eyes blurry and today I have had high BP 150-160/90-100.

This is very strange and I wonder that’s happened but I don’t know what’s going on I don’t know what can elevate my bp that high in less than 24 hours. I just took 6.25mg aromasin and if this doesn’t stop I think I’ll use telmisartan.

I don’t think it’s hematocrit because that takes more than a day to rise
I am not anxious or nervous but the highest BPM was 106
My ecg is normal
I think it’s the SNS like @Jin23 said not the RAAS because I have no fluid retention and still look lean
Hopefully no internal fluid retention or something
Maybe it’s angiotensin but im so confused and I feel like telmisartan is overkill

Why did you create a new thread when the other one is the exact same issue and you have a series of replies in there already?

If a bolus dose doesn't work for you, why not pin smaller doses every day and start smaller to see if its dose related or compound related?

You should use Telmisartan at those BP levels for a whole range of reasons.

Test E is fucked for lots of guys. Cyp is almost the same half-life and less issues for everyone.

In that case he needs to seek help from someone qualified … not trying to be rude, if he’s having these kind of troubles with such a small replacement dosage it’s not going to be productive and just will lead to further drug abuse. If you’re on 150mg and need more drugs for blood pressure, you’re not in a place where you should be pushing gear at all because your health is very very poor. If it’s because of panic attacks or something like this, then mental health is also very poor and it needs to be addressed. I hope OP can get well soon.
