Forgive my ignorance, but regarding instant cream of rice, does instant mean it’s already pre cooked and that you can just add some cold water to it and take it like protein powder?

I didn’t buy it yet bro, it’s just something I have been considering. I lived most of my life in Europe and we don’t have it there.

Damn, no cream of rice? You guys have grits? That's a good one, too.

It’s basicly just oats and baby cereal from nestle something called nestum. There’s dozens of flavours and you don’t need to cook it, it comes in packages of 1 kg, you can buy pallets of 10, its hailed as baby cereal but that’s what athletes use mostly.

Shit I just found out there’s something from nestle called Gerber cereals here, I think it’s the equivalent of nestum.

Shit man I just might, it has a bit of fat though, the protein it has is high in bioavailability?

It's a carb source, not protein
There's like a gram of protein lol

I think there were like 6 grams per 100. I eat big ;)

Since these baby cereals are enriched the protein could be usable, but it’s not a lot, you are right, so it doesn’t really matter.
