Hey mesonites, Confession time. I tried out another board, SG as some of you may know. Saw a lot of familiar guys over there, but I gotta say meso is where it's at. I'm here for good meow. This is what I'm doing. Fuck bodybuilding. It ain't me. I'm going to lift heavy shit. Thank you @insaiyan93 for helping me pull my head out of my ass. I'm going to deadlift all the pounds. 600 is the goal. 455 for 4 was my max pre injured hand. I can only hold 315. Above that hurts. So slow and steady. I missed you ladies. Let's get shit going. Weighed 235 today. Got 405 for 6 on squat. All you strength guys out there, as this log gets going and I get deeper into the power lifting stuff, I would really appreciate your input!
