New Anavar Cycle

    I am doing my first ever Anavar cycle. I’m taking 10 mg/ 1x daily.
    My stats are
    5’11
    192 lbs
    High activity level - workout 5 to 6 days a week.
    Macro nutrition diet

    Carbs-155g
    Protein-168g
    Fats- 62g

    If anyone has some suggestions of how to make the most of it. I would greatly appreciate!

    I’m on day two and I felt a little more energy today. So I’m really excited to see how it builds up!

    I felt like it kicked it faster on my first cycle. I’m on my second var cycle now but added primo and gh this time. I think you’ll be really pleased with the var!! I absolutely love it!!

    What are your goals? Body fat percentage?

    Drop body fat. I’m at about 29% right now, so I’d like it to see drop To about 23% this first cycle. I want to lean out and see some
    Muscle development as well

    Just a thought, but why not hold off on Anavar until it's time to grow? If you're in a caloric deficit with the goal of decreasing body fat, you won't be building muscle.

    It would make far more sense to diet down naturally and then grow with the anavar. Anavar is an anabolic steroid which aids in muscle growth, not fat burning. However when you're not giving it the nutritional environment to do its job, you will not reap the benefits.

    You would benefit far more from dialing your diet in, and utilizing ECA or even clen/t3 although eca would be the safer option.

    Can I suggest posting up your exact diet and letting us help you dial it in? Bringing you to 23% should be an easy task without the use of any cutting agents provided nutrition, hiit, and training are all dialed in properly.

    I don't mean to be a downer, but so many people tend to think taking steroids is going to make them ripped and that's just not what they do.

    Thank you for your input. I feel as if I am at a point where I will see benefits. Women carry a higher body fat, and looking at my body, I feel it’s a good time to use Anavar with this set of macros.

    Alright... Im aware women carry a higher body fat, I work with several female clients. We generally use 18% as a starting point for aas

    I was simply trying to say you won't benefit from anavar given your goals and caloric intake, you would see much better results with something like an eca stack. Of course it's your body and your choice, just trying to help you get the best results and not waste your first cycle.

    This is soooooo true. When I’m not on Cycle I can lose weight fairly easily. On Cycle, my body grows. It just does. Even at a deficit. Steroids are made for the purpose of adding mass and will hold on to everything. IMHO most folks don’t realize the bikini girl or fitness model or whoever who is on gear is eating at a severe deficit to get that look. And severe deficits are torture.

    This is all based on my own experience, which may be anecdotal. For eg 3 weeks ago at the beginning of my cycle I was 120. Now I am at 126 and I am eating at deficit. I’ve had 1 refeed. Idk that I’ll do this again. I think I’ll diet down and then eat up. My BF is 16-17%

    Anyway best of luck to you OP.

    Same. I think body recomposition and losing body fat are definitely possible on cycle, but I always gain weight even in a caloric deficit. That's not to say I don't look more ripped (I get drier and kind of look like I always have a pump), but the scale goes up no matter what it seems.

    As a fellow female who only uses Anavar, I'm interested in what side effects, if any, you notice. I can't run more than 5mg without sides :(. Keep us updated!

    I’ve had really good energy. A few hot flashes, but I’m usually a very cold person, so actually welcomed that! I also feel really calm and seem to be able to deal with my stressful job with ease and stay calm! So that is really nice.

    I’m trying this cycle to see how my body reacts. It’s definitely a look, see and explore cycle. If I am seeing i need to make any changes to my macros, I will. But I’m not doing this for competition. It’s for my own esthetic.

    I will keep you posted on side effects!

    I had hot flashes too. For a while. I still do but not sure if it’s the var or primo or both. I was far from calm on just var. I was ill as shit. I’m excited to follow your journey!!

    My best friend is running a var only first cycle. She’s eating at a deficit. I can definitely tell her body composition is changing.

    I’m interested to see how far my deficit takes me. I already am lean. I just want to get that muscle tone popping! I’ve worked my ass off the last year to drop a lot of fat, so now I can see where I’m leaning and hoping this will take it over the edge.
    Let’s me real, I gotta keep my hubby drooling!
