Hello, new member here! I'm a 48 year old bikini competitor who's looking to bust through a plateau. I've been lifting for about 6 years now, and I think I may have hit my natural genetic potential. I'd like to take a conservative approach and essentially swap out 5lbs of fat for 5lbs of muscle. I could also use a little more stamina as I just started prepping for a show.
