    Hey Folks pleasure to post on here!

    A bit about myself I've been lifting for 10 years and I'm 28 years old. I'm 6"1, 205 lbs, and about 18% body fat. My PR for bench is about 295lbs, my PR for squat is about 365, and my max for deadlifts is probably at around 400lbs.

    Just started my first cycle of Anavar only. I am starting off with 50mg per day and will likely increase to about 100mg. My goals are to maintain my weight or even lose some.

    Since anavar is so mild i thought i'd give it a go and maybe eventually move to something more serious.

    Feel free to leave some advice for a noobie here!

    You don’t need Var to reach your goal but more importantly Var
    like most orals should be limited
    to no more than 6weeks esp at
    the dosages your suggesting.

    Have you run baseline labs, if not,
    I’d suggest you do so before you “move on to more serious” AAS

    Ok thanks - If I do move to pinning I'll take your advice on the baseline labs.

    I was planning on 6 weeks exactly - from there I plan on assessing my progress and making changes if needed. Really just dipping my little toe into this with the hopes of learning as I go.
