Hello: 36 yr old male, first “cycle” if you will. 150mg test enanthate twice a week for 300mg weekly. I started test because I was feeling weak, tired etc for some time now, got tested and came in at 335. Mg/dL. I’m on my third week and feel good. A few questions: how many weeks should I go? I planned on 6-10. What sort of pct should I use, if any(chlomid, nolvadex etc) I read chlomid can cause blindness? and is there any advice anyone could give me? Thank you all.

Hi @Brutus19 Welcome to meso. I am glad you are feeling good. I think you are in-between trt and a cycle and need to define some goals.

First question I would as is, what is your short term goal? Do you want to simply feel better or do you want gains?

Second question I would ask is, what is your long-term game plan? Trt forever or cycle and pct?

Answering these questions for yourself will help give you a concrete answer. Because once you come off your 300 mg of testosterone and attempt a post cycle therapy your blood levels may not return to your natural levels

Trt for life equals no pct....

Well, I feel my natural levels came in on the low end of the scale. That’s why I started. I wanted to feel better in general and yes, make some gains. I lifted all my life and look good “natty” for 36, but felt like shit and wanted more. My buddy of the same age is cruising same dose for life he says. I just don’t know if I should lifetime this or cycle on and off with breaks and all that.

I’m new to gear, doc only offered 200 mg of cyp a month which didn’t help so I said I’ll get my own. I feel better but am uncertain on how to proceed

Cool deal man. There a literally thousands of options for you. And I am sure everyone will comment on what they think would be best.

Here is my recommendation. If you want to stay on the “feels” program all you need to do is keep your test levels in the mid to high range. Slightly over max is okay too. This will be trial and error with dose and bloodwork. Everyone responds to test differently but I think 150-200mg/week is a good starting point. Get bloods after 6 weeks of consistent pinning.

I am not gonna give cycling advice. There are guys who are way more experienced than me that can help you with that.

    Good luck brother.

Honestly that’s all I’ve been doing. Frankly the internet has too much info and 50% contradicts the other 50%. That’s why I ask questions

    Ok, thank you

  12. If you want to do a cycle and you've been training prior to this you might as well go with 500mg a week. Make sure your diet and program are on point though. You can't be complacent when you are choosing to use gear, otherwise it is just a waste. Consistency is a good thing.
