Hey guys and gals hope everyone is doing good? Little bit on myself. Ive been working out for over 15 years and loving ever moment of it. Im 42, 5-10 and weight 210 body fat is 12%. I workout M-Thur. Im on TRT through my Doc for the last 3 years at 160mg per week I shot 80mg on Tue and Sat take .5 of Aremidex twice a week. I blast and cruz through out the year getting blood work done ever 6 months. Diet i'm on Keto doing about 50 grams a carbs a day and most of my carbs are focused around my workouts.
