Finally decided to introduce myself because theres been a few times I wanted to chime in on things but knew I would get bashed for not making a proper intro. Im mid 30's and have been training since my early teens. I'm by no means new to this life style and have been in the game since the late 90's. I'm 5'10 sitting at 220 lbs @ around 20%bf. For the next 90 days I will be working my ass off towards getting to 12% - 15% bf while trying to maintain size.
