    Hey all, been lurking for a while and here I am. Haven't trained for like a few years, decided to start again a few weeks ago. Knowledge is key, it's good to be here, a forum that I finally found that looks legit. See you all around.

    How many cycles you got under your belt?

    I have done 3 soon it's going to be my 4th. I can not wait, I got too fat and out of shape lol think imma cut off a bit fat first before I start cycling.

    My first cycle was Test E 500 mg and deca 400 mg a week, pinned each monday & thursday. I got so strong, my lifts went up 30 Kilos no joke. I used to eat every 2 hours, didn't give a shit about macros I just ate clean like cans of tuna, chicken & rice etc .. not to mention my shake I made, used to have 1 liter of milk mixed one whole pot of cottage cheese, a banana, a few eggs & some chocolate flavour weight gainer powder, it actually tasted good LOL.
