Phstayes: Do I have to eat garlic with everything

    I’m trying to go on a strict diet eliminating preservatives etc. come to find out eating whole grain pasta with lean ground turkey is shooting yourself in the foot because the Patric acid will render the proteins and other menerals useless unless eaten with garlic. Is there any way around this? Or do I need to quit whole grain carbs completely?

    Go gluten free. Problem solved.

    I was asking if there are ways to continue eating whole grains and still absorbing most of the nutrients without having to eat a lot of garlic.

    Walmart carries it, also red lentil pasta. Shit is good, low calorie, and high protein.

    Never heard of phytate making protein to not absorb, plenty of IFBB pro bulk on bread or grits which are both rich in it and yet get up to 300 lb anyway
