Pinning gh

    Just curious to see what everyone's pinning protocol looks like these days. I use the 6mm 30g and pin 2 iu sub q in the belly when I wake up. Once I start my winter bulk I'm gonna start taking another 2 iu right after my workout. Also considering shooting it im instead. What's everyone's thoughts on this?

    Am before fasted cardio subq
    Pre-workout IM
    Before sleep subq

    Never more than 2iu per pin.

    I just like how it acts as far as a spike in blood levels for pwo.

    I would also do it in the event I wake up late and know I'm not going to be fasted as long as normal.

    What size needle do u use for im? And do u pin the muscle ur gonna be working?

    2iu 6am ish
    Fasted cardio 2-3x weekly
    Breakfast around 8am

    2iu 30-45min pre workout in afternoon

    I don't recall the size off top of my head. I don't intentionally pin the muscle I'm working, I don't believe it makes any difference.
