I know those Kazakhstani internet servers are precarious at best so forwarding your customer's emails to someone else - like the DEA, for instance - is entirely believable. Yet another reason to avoid this Kazakhstan bathtub operation.

The first email everyone sent went through then when they tried to reply again, it wouldn't. We cannot make anymore sense of this than you.
