Touch your chest, lock it out, and no help.
Subbed too, be a bit for me but is more attainable than the DL of 600.
You want a video or what? LoL
Video with face edited it isn't too hard. I guess honor system if someone didn't want to do that or maybe share the video privately. I don't know, it's all just for fun and some motivation anyway. Wouldn't make sense to cheat.
I tried uploading from phone, forum didnt allow it. I thought of YouTube but looksnlike if that happened some info may be available lol.... not to mention working grout alone asking for a spot and someone else to video. I think honor system maybe a decent call.
Following what you guys are doing ... maybe one day ...
Yeah, whatever anyone is comfortable with. It's all in fun. Cheating would only be cheating yourself. I'm not tech savvy enough to say about the videos.
Yeah I’m in. Definitely. When are we officially starting both?
I guess it's up to everyone that's in on it. I figured now or soon.
So TNG? No pause?
I don't know. I guess it's really up to everyone that's doing it.
I just figured not everyone would be used to powerlifting style. I prefer paused personally.
I’m in. I’m at 195 x 7. No clue how to work up to a 1RM but I’ll be looking into it.
Use a calculator shows your 1rm is 237
How do you work up to a max? Right now I’ll do something like 95x12
185-195 whatever feels good to failure. 7-9
I’m googling all this too, y’all may have a condensed no brainer way. We all know how google goes.
I was just going over my method in @Cityofgrit's log the other day.
If you're working up to a single just replace those 3's with 1's and maybe some of those 5's with 3's.
Had a bigger post typed out then Perrin got in what I was saying in less... another thing dont train to failure. If you are working on 3s do 3 and maybe add another set with a little more weight.
I just browsed the RTS forums trying to find the source for that, but I'm thinking it's from the RTS Manual itself. If you type "RTS Manual PDF" in Google you can read it. It's definitely worth a read.
