    What is the most safe and effective way to supplement testosterone in secondary hypogonadism?
    My endo wants a low dose of testosterone, I guess no clomid but whatever.
    Is there a certain form of testosterone that is best?

    Sorry to hear that. The best start (which works great for some) is androgel or better yet Compounded gel. Did you preasure him to try a restart?

    Ok sorry. Not true. You need to find a new doctor fast!

    Adding exogenous T while not on a serm will not allow your body to restart your HPTA.

    BTW, does anyone know if you do a serm while on T you can keep your HPTA running? Some guy on this forum nuncaquite or something to that screen name effect said you could and supposedly had clood labs proving it. I am wondering if this really is the case though?

    Not from what I have learned. clomid or hcg maybe.
    taking exogenous Test works against your natural production. Especially without HCG. I know how bad you feel and taking test will improve the way you fell immensely but long term could be irreversible for natural production

    hcg if your true secondary now being secondary is a Pituitary problem by this it's damaged not shut down. I still feel you need to give your body time to come back on it's own. That Endo you seen at the Mayo is nuts to tell you at age 16 to try a little testosterone you have enough problems don't give your self more and end up on TRT for life doing this you will not be able to have kids.

    Would hcg help my body come back on it's own, It's been 8 months no improvement I doubt with out anything to stimulate my pituitary it will come back on it's own;

    I do think there have been a few who tried a comeback on HCG. It would be a far better choice than test in your case. Test will shut down your testes whereas HCG stimulates them to produce more. IMA

    I starting to feel like a broken record and when the smoke all clears if you decided to go TRT you will look back in 6 months saying GOD I should have listen. A member here the dr's tried to do the same thing at a younger age. They started him on on 50 mgs of testoseterone a week for 4 months then tested him and said his levels was fine. When I got a hold of him he was eating fruit like a mad man very little fat in diet in wrong ratio. at 21 his t levels were 191. We started replenishing his nutrients test levels started to come up. We where going to start clomid but he wanted to get another opinon so he went to see Dr John. I last heard that he is still not doing well because he most likely went back to his old ways and never followed up nutritoinal probably why he failed. Another guy 24 T 200 and just by adjusting thyroid and adrenals his T levels are now over 700 and just fine tuning him right now.

    Okay honestly I understand the possibility of it being my thyroid and adrenals, you preach this enough, but seriously what is it that you ACTUALLY do to combat these problems to get them better. You have been telling me about these people you have helped but how have you done it?

    If you can't get to a hormonal specialist then in my uneducated opinion, hcg for you is far and away the better choice over testosterone.

    If you can take enough documented medical references (the benefits of hcg over testosterone) to back up your concerns she should take your concerns seriously. You can do the same for restart protocols. Again you'll have to prove it to her thru documented studies and or papers by medical experts. To get a leg up you can gather your information and mail them to her before your next appointment to give her time to review them. Be sure to highlight the most important areas since most likely she will just glance over them.

    It is hard to say men trying to do a restart will try clomid and or hcg maybe getting yout testis to make testostreone your bain will see it and start up again. So when you stop HCG it sends the LH and FSH messages again. I am not sure how this works but it works for some.

    What do you mean by adjusting thyroid and adrenals?
