    I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches.....

    I have been around different forums mostly reading and researching. On my 3rd cycle. This one is 50mg dbol daily, 450 Test e wkly. Have nolva and clomid for pct. 3 years ago I contracted a curable but dangerous stomach virus while traveling for work and lost around 50 lbs. I have been working out to gain back muscle weight but could not get it all back, same with strength. My goal is to gain around 15 lbs of lean mass and get down to around 12-14%bf ideally. I enjoy swimming after certain workouts (especially leg day).
    I pinned in Delts first time and it hurts so any advice on that front will be appreciated (previously only pinned glutes).

    Anyways look forward to the journey and learning more.
