Introduction: Hey fellas (and ladies) - I have been a member on Meso for a little over 6 years and I have been around the game for about 10 years in total. After all this time I have never actually contributed to this forum in this kind of way where I will be sharing my journey and experiences throughout my 5th cycle of AAS. This cycle is rather "light" compared to many others including my past couple of cycles - I am running this basic cycle to help a friend who is also a first-timer with this kind of thing and I really wanted to keep it simple and clean. His dosing is not the same as mine, just in case some of you were thinking I was a little crazy. I don't have a ton of time, but I will try to add as much detail as I possibly can at this time. I appreciate all of you who post and follow this thread and I am always willing to accept criticism and be critiqued, but I ask that you please do so in a respectable manner. If there are any other stats or pieces of information you'd like for me to add, please feel free to comment or message me and I will give post that information on this forum. - Age - Low-Mid 30's
- Height - 6'0"
- Weight - 215 lbs.
- Body Fat - 14%
- Flat Bench:
- 1 rep max - 325 lbs.
- All-time Personal Best - 415 lbs.
- 1 rep max - 400 lbs.
- All-time personal Best - 600 lbs.
- 1 rep max - 300 lbs. (tore ACL not too long ago, still a little scared to push it)
- All-time personal Best - 450 lbs.
- Protein - 200-250g/day
- Main Foods - Eggs, yogurt, chicken, beef, nuts.
- Carbs - 350g/day
- Main Foods - Oatmeal every morning, Rice, bread, fruits, vegetables.
- Fats - 70-90g/day
- Main Foods - Salmon, Peanut butter, avocados, nuts, eggs, cooking w/ olive oil.
- Weeks 1-12: 600mg @ 300mg every third day.
- Weeks 1-2: 50mg/ed @ 20mg morning / 15mg afternoon / 15mg evening.
- Weeks 3-4: MAYBE 75mg/ed @ 25mg morning / 20mg afternoon / 25mg evening.
- Start 3 weeks after last pin for 4 weeks @ 40/40/20/20
- Start 3 weeks after last pin for 4 weeks @ 50/50/25/25
