1st of all the past few days i cant get enough sleep cause i wake up on my own before alarm time. and it isnt that im full and rested. i need more sleep and i have noticed that this early wake comes with a slightly elevated heart rate. usually when i wake up i have 53-54beats per minute. yesterday and the day before i counted 72-73. i googled on before i write here and i found out it might be related to overtraining????
