Hey dudes, well 5 weeks into cycle and had to have my wisdom tooth (just one) removed today. Making good gainz so the calories can't stop. So far I've come up with mashed potatoes, milk, shakes blended, maybe eggs idk...i got 3 stiches and the numbness is just wearing off. Oh just thought of yogurt. Any ideas to get me thru the week would be appreciated. Thx

    In a blender
    1cup pasteurized egg whites
    2 scoops whey
    1tbsp pb
2 bananas or a cup of blue berries

    5% nutrition real food?

When I had mine out I was young, so I went with beefaroni

  5. Oats with whey
Tilapia (any fish really should be soft enough)
@Evom1 made a good point with weight gainer shakes
Beans (should be soft enough, good nutritional balance)
Can make sort of an “ice cream” replica with egg white and whey also just mix a cup or so of egg whites with a scoop of iso and tbsp of peanut butter and put in freezer for a bit
Blender will def be your friend for a bit. But try to get some solids down if and when you can and I’m sure they told you but try not to get anything stuck up in the socket and don’t use any straws or smoke for a few days as well to avoid dry socket (fxcking painful)

@CAswole were you the one mentioning Isopure awhile back? Weird thought popped into my head when I saw this thread... Isopure mixed into Jello...hmmm:rolleyes:

Indeed. Need to pick up a few. Been on the isopure mass for awhile now. It's got 50gs of carbs and no change in taste or consistency.

Nice- also, I do blend or puree alot of stuff myself(which is why youll never see me adding to OGHs food thread) ive had digestion issues my whole life. Ground chicken, mashed potatoes, and broccoli pureed or using a chopper then heated isnt so bad. Whatever you do, let them wounds in your mouth heal.
