Congrats on the good tne bro! it's a great way to start the dayMimmick - I was curious about your TNE use, because I used it for the first time ever yesterday. And everything I have read and heard was true - the very foul odor, the taste on the back of my tongue as I pushed the plunger, and the rush I got in the gym.
I don't want to exaggerate the lift it gave me in the gym, but I definitely felt stronger and more energetic. I flat benched 345 for five reps (without a spotter) where I would normally do about 2 reps (without a spot).
One thing I noticed that I am curious about from the more experienced TNE users is that I felt much more wiped out a couple of hours post workout. Is this normal? I am very much willing to accept that it may have just been a coincidence.
